You need JavaScript enabled to view it.      Dr. Touka Banaee is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and a member of the Eye Research Center of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and the Iranian Society of Ophthalmology. She is a vitreoretinal specialist and surgeon and has 31 papers, 11 of them international. Her main interest is diabetic retinopathy and image processing and several researches are being conducted under her direction in this field in the Khatam-al-anbia eye hospital, Mashhad, Iran. She is the editor of the surgical technique section of the Journal of Ophthalmic and Vision Research.

 

Dr. Ramin Daneshvar (MD)

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.      Born in 1977, Dr Daneshvar graduated from National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents and entered Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 1995. He honored top graduate and got his MD degree in 2002. He passed his Ophthalmology residency in the same university and national Board certified in 2006. He published more than 27 scientific articles in multiple journals, 4 books, and more than 30 presentations in National ophthalmology Congresses. Having more than 10 active research projects, he is interested in following research area: glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, ocular immunology and microbiology, ocular imaging, image processing and ophthalmologic Electronic Medical recording (EMR) software. Currently, Dr Daneshvar is a glaucoma fellowship in Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
